UNITED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RITECARE (State Based Program)

Enhanced Outpatient Service (EOS)

Enhanced Outpatient Services (EOS) is an intensive home/community based treatment program for children and adults who are at risk for out of home placement or higher levels of care and who require intensive support for successful functioning in the community. This service is available to United Behavioral HealthCare RiteCare members. It provides wraparound services for children, adolescents, and adults for up to 20 hours per week.

In Home Outpatient Services (IHOP)

In Home Outpatient Services (IHOP) is appropriate for clients who are in need of individual psychotherapy but are unable to attend office-based treatment. A clinician sees the client in their home as needed. Basic case management services (resource identification, referral, etc.) is included. Psychiatry Available Depending Upon Insurance.

BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD RITECARE (State Based Program)

Adult Intensive Services (AIS)

Adult Intensive Services (AIS) is an intensive and comprehensive office/home/community treatment and case management program for adults who need more intensive treatment than traditional outpatient programs but do not require the 24 hour supervision found in the inpatient setting. AIS is individualized and client-centered. Services provided include individualized case management, psychiatric consultation, medication management, group therapy for relapse prevention and warning signs identification, psychoeducational and skills groups, individual and family therapy. AIS can be utilized after psychiatric hospitalization or to avert psychiatric hospitalization.
